Wisconsin police chief tickets HIMSELF $235 & docks 4 points on his license

Police Chief Richard Knoebel says he wasn’t about to take the easy way out when he accidentally drove past a stopped school bus with its emergency lights flashing. Holy fuck, an honest cop! Not many people, period, would voluntarily do this. Can't help but respect the guy.
